Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Auryn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aculix Technologies LLP ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of the App
Auryn is an AI-powered image editor that applies artistic styles and filters to photos provided by users. The App is available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Image processing is performed via third-party AI model providers. We do not store, retain, or use your images for any purpose beyond processing your request in real time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the App and agree to these Terms.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account and Credits
4.1 Subscriptions
The App offers the following subscription plans, which grant credits for use within the App:

4.2 Credits
Credits are consumed each time you apply a filter or generate an image. Different filters cost different amounts of credits depending on the underlying AI model used. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods.
4.3 Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform you use. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not process payments directly. All billing disputes should be directed to Apple or Google.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload images of real people without their consent
- Generate, edit, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal
- Produce content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or abuse the App
- Circumvent or manipulate the credit or subscription system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Aculix Technologies LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any images you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output to you. This license does not extend to storage, training, or any secondary use.
6.3 Generated Output
Images generated by the App are provided to you for personal use. We make no warranties regarding the commercial usability or copyright status of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party AI infrastructure providers, including OpenRouter, to process image generation requests. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable or imperfect. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated image for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us.
You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
